Built in one of the corners of the streets of Lavradio with Mem de Sá in 1907, the Bar Brazil is a traditional House of German cuisine.
Operated under the name Zeppelin until the times of Getúlio Vargas and the entry of Brazil in the second war. This time, given the national antipathy against the Germans, the House decided to adopt a name more patriotic.
The dishes are well catered for and about Pandora is admittedly the best in the city, and can be of type schnitt, with more pressure and filled with foam.
Notorious dishes are the House Kassler (with sauerkraut, tutu, rice and cabbage, potato salad or rice with lentils). Another suggestion is the portion of meat dumplings with lentil rice.
